  • As Glovo is constantly growing at the fastest pace, we are looking for a new team member that can help us recruit the best possible talent across the Africa region.
  • Due to continued growth in our expanding operations we are looking for for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will help us to continue to grow our amazing teams across Africa and be based in Nigeria
  • You must be experienced and be able to work on multiple levels, both tactically and strategically in a fast-paced complex environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional interviewing, communication and organisational skills and an ability to adapt at (very) short notice to changes in business requirements. 

Responsibilities
Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Work closely with our Management teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies to increase candidate pipeline and meet overall recruitment goals and KPI´s
  • Use innovative techniques to source the best and brightest talent for our ever growing teams
  • You must be an expert sourcer and have the ability to reach and engage those talented professionals who are busy being successful and are not active in the market
  • Build long lasting relationships with our most senior leaders and provide the knowledge and expertise as an when they need it to ensure the business needs are met from a hiring perspective
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.

Requirements
You have:

  • Excellent previous track record as a recruiter, commercial and business, this is not a tech role
  • Proven experience in recruiting under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • International sourcing experience is a must either in-house or recruitment agency
  • Demonstrated understanding of the current employment situation in the markets that we operate in across the ECA & Africa region
  • Demonstrated leadership and confidence - you will take ownership of each and every role and make it your own
  • Strong ATS Skills, Greenhouse etc.
  • Have an empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
