Ascentech Service Limited - Our client, an FMCG Company, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Purchase Officer

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties

• Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
• Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
• Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
• Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
• Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification HND / B.Sc Degree in any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Purchase officer in the FMCG/Retail or Distribution industry.
• Should have very good knowledge of import purchase documention
• Good correspondence skill with vendor and bank
• Proficiency in Ms tools, Excel skills are of top priority.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly
