Job Summary

• To provide a full generalist HR functions to the relevant business unit(s), including recruitment, performance management, training and development, IR and general HR administration and reporting. 

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Effective recruitment, selection and on-boarding
• Effective management of the performance management system
• Effective coordination of training and development within the business unit(s)
• Effective handling of all poor performance and IR-related matters
• Effective administration, data management and reporting
• Effective teamwork and self-management

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Degree / Higher Diploma in HR
• Must have 3-4 years Human Resources experience in retail / FMCG
