Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Locations: Isolo and Ikeja, Lagos
Description
- The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in recruitment, and General HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects and in delivering of different briefs (recruitment, research, systems development, training etc.)
- Serve as support to the consultant in supporting effective project management for team members Conducting relevant research for the improvement of our products(product development) Input data of prospects to ensure easy accessibility.
- Undertake logistics during the implementation of projects
- Develop and maintain a variety of computer databases, spreadsheets, and other applications.
- Providing support on all company-related business/HR projects
- Providing support for marketing related functions
- Providing account management support to our customers
- Providing assistance to the lead HR
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
- Prepares notices and advertises for vacant staff positions.
- Schedule and organize interviews.
- Conducts reference and Guarantor’s checks on possible candidates.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Prepare monthly payroll
- Identify training and development opportunities.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Competency / Skills / Requirements
- B.Sc in relevant field.
- With at least -1 year of work experience in HR
- Abode in Ikeja, Isolo and its environments
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Payroll management skills

- Stress management skills.
- Time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Negotiations skills
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft office.
