Job Title: Customer Happiness / Onboarding Executive
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping / evaluating records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with other team members as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Onboard and train new merchants
- Arrange testing, logistics, and delivery of terminals to new merchants
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
Requirements
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Ability to explain processes and simple language
- Comfortable using computers and CRM software.
- 2+ years Experience working with retail customer support over phone and remote platforms.
- Good communication skills
- Empathy for customers
- Problem solving skills
