WTGIT Solutions - Our client, an active player in the Fast-moving Consumer Goods Industry, requires the services of the position below:

Job Title: Ecommerce Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• To be in charge of the company website that focuses on the trading of company products
• Supervise all company’s online activities, including all social media handles
• Work with the marketing team / manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
• Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks.
• Meeting customer’s expectations by recommending changes to company’s products and services websites.
• Administering and supervising web merchandising team to accomplish the company targe.
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
• Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
• Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
• Coordinate with key information owners to ensure delivery of all internal resources on time and manage all website data to ensure accuracy of customer postings and recommend exclusive plans for all key customers.

Job Requirements

• BSc, HND, in any field.
• 2-3 years of working experience in marketing and eCommerce or any similar role.
• Sound knowledge of website management and eCommerce usability.
• Strong marketing and tech background.
• Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, MS Access and others.
