Job Description

• We are seeking a new graphic designer/website manager to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media.
• To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. Top candidates will be comfortable troubleshooting the website and constantly improve the User Experience (UX) of the website.
• You will also need to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of website management, maintenance, graphic designs as well as creating of video contents as relating to hospitality management and bookings.

Responsibilities

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop etc.
• Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the organization's website.
• Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
• Identify and respond to all website security breaches.
• Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.
• Create appropriate website content aligned with the organization’s strategy.
• Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
• Improve the User Experience of the website regularly.
• Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.
• Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.

Requirements

• A Degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related design qualification.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design.
• Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid per Click (PPC).
• Excellent content creation and writing skills.
• Knowledge of Macromedia suite, Adobe suite, Content Management Systems, Wordpress and W3C Web standards.
• Flexible working hours.
