We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loan Collection Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objective

• Conducts initial review of disbursement requests and submits to the Branch Manager for approval, processes disbursement requests via expense approval form, attends to walk-in customers, receives and treats customer support calls.

Job Responsibilities
The Job responsibilities include without limitation, the following:

• Send all loan requests to finance for disbursement.
• Perform other impromptu tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
• Provide clear and easy to understand notes in the CRM on each loan and the status accordingly.
• Work with the credit officer to ensure the branch loan application is promptly attended to.
• Cross check loan application before forwarding to the credit department for verification and approval.
• Provide a daily report to the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree qualification in Accounting, Economics and/or Business Administration.
• 2 - 5 years Experience.
• Experience working in Microfinance bank.

Requirements:

• The candidate should be based in Abuja and it's environs.
• The age limit is 25 - 35.
• Female is more preferred.
