Job Title: Ticketing Officer

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with making accurate travel bookings.
• Calculate expenses and write and sell tickets to prospective passengers.
• Provide support for passengers by fielding diverse questions on travel arrangements.
• Assist passengers with planing their trips.
• Assist customers to make and confirm reservations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Re-book tickets and other arrangements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year work experience in Travel Industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be good with MS Office.
