Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on.
- Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including maintenance, cleaning, ground staff and security.
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
- Drafting reports and making written recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of BSc in any related field.
- 1 - 2 years work experience.
- Administrative and Customer service skill.
- Strategically-minded and a Problem-Solver.
Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
