Job Summary
- We are currently sourcing for a suitable candidates to fill the role of GM/Sales Director for our client in the Interior Design Industry.
- He/she will drive the overall revenue aspirations of the group across the 5 sub-businesses.
Requirements
- Post Graduate Degree (MBA / Masters) in a relevant course from an Accredited University
- The ideal candidate should have approximately 15 years of relevant work experience with proven sales track record, high value transactions and High Networth Individuals (HNIs).
- Business Planning & Organizational Performance Management.
- Up-to-Date Knowledge of Local & International Business Ecosystem.
- Ability to Build and Drive a High Performance Sales Team.
- Proactive & Visionary Leadership in Fast Changing Environment
- Strategic Thinking, Planning and Business Acumen
- People Leadership & Performance Management with proven track record of new business development.
