Learnsoft Consulting Integrated Limited develop web and mobile applications and complex enterprise solutions for our clients and provide development teams as a service. We work with startups, SMEs and enterprise clients combining agile flexibility with mature project management and budget control.

Learnsoft Consulting Integrated Limited was founded in 2015 by 4 directors who previously worked for 50+ years of combined experience in various roles in big software companies and startups who decided to combine their engineering, management and entrepreneurship experience to create a specialized, flexible and efficient company that can successfully deliver software solutions of any complexity and compete with bigger bureaucratic, cumbersome, giants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• 1 - 3 years of work experience.
• The candidates must have a good laptop minimum of Core I5, Ram 8GBand 500GB Hard Drive.
• The Candidates must be active learners willing to dedicate work and non-work hours to learn.
• Graduate discipline with a preference for Social Sciences
• Strong communication / interpersonal skills
• Proven analytical background
• Good communication skill
• Problem-solving and attention to detail skills
• Resourceful and critical thinking skills
• Advanced Microsoft package skills.
• Must be well-spoken and have a good and proper command of English.
• Must be smart and keen to take on new challenges and learn new things
• Computer literacy is a must
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision once tasks are clearly defined.

Additional Information and Benefits

• Resumption is 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday with 1 hour break (1pm to 2pm).
• You will be trained for 1 year and we pay you a fixed salary of N30,000.
• The internship programme is for 12 months and is very competitive as exams will be written after every 3 months until completion.
• Upon Completion of your programme will automatically be employed and be paid N100,000 monthly and have your salary increased at 40% every 6 months based on your KPI as well as a Bonus of N100,000 given to you on completion of the one year.
