Job Title: Graduate Interior Designer

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings) for clients
• Other assigned responsibilities

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc in Architecture or a related discipline
• 0 - 3 years of experience in related field
• Acceptable age: 20 - 30 years
• Candidate must live in Ajah or environ
• Proficient in ArchiCAD and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong creative and communication skills
• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
• Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs will be an added advantage
• Excellent portfolio of previous works will be an added advantage
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
• Communication, presentation and project management skills
• Ability to work within deadline.

Salary
N70,000 - N75,000 monthly.
