Job Description
- Manage truQ loaders from onboarding to payment
- Provide email, phone, chat and SMS support to customers, partners and merchants.
- Assist with partner drivers' registration and training
- Assist with automation of partners on the platform
- Propose strategies and ideas on how to help customers to get the best from the platform
- Report technical issues to the engineering team
- Report customer feedback to the management team.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office; PowerPoint & Excel desired.
