Learnsoft Consulting Integrated Limited was founded in 2015 by 4 directors who previously worked for 50+ years of combined experience in various roles in big software companies and startups who decided to combine their engineering, management and entrepreneurship experience to create a specialized, flexible and efficient company that can successfully deliver software solutions of any complexity and compete with bigger bureaucratic, cumbersome, giants.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Project Manager Intern

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Resumption Date: 18th of April, 2022

Responsibilities

• Managing the business-as-usual software changes for a number of major clients, as well as new projects
• Effectively manage, develop and communicate with several Agile teams
• Day to day liaison with clients and development team
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and blockers
• Required to monitor budgets and finances and report these to customers and senior management
• Agile Based Framework
• Resource Planning
• Project management using agile methodologies
• Servicing clients and working closely with business development and engineering teams
• Assisting clients by understanding their use case and tailoring discussions to their needs
• Outlining and documenting external business and technical processes
• Requirements gathering and drafting functional and technical specifications
• Support of DEV & UAT through the product development lifecycle
• Supporting a client bespoke project from contract signature until delivery
• Writing client specifications to formalize the client's need and coordinate with the engineering team
• Testing the product through the different stages of development to ensure consistency with requirements
• Day-to-day management of the products (market data, corporate actions, etc)
• Liaising with clients in accordance with agile methodologies to further develop offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years’ work experience.
• Your Laptop Configuration Minimum of (500GB, 8GB Ram, and Core I5).
• Communication Skills
• Experience of the SDLC
• Extensive experience of working in project management within the IT industry - Ideally Software
• Hands-on experience of project management processes
• Experience using Microsoft Project Planner
• Experience using Agile & Prince2 Methodologies.

Benefits

• You will be train for 1 year and we pay you a fixed salary of N30,000.
• The internship programme is for 12 months and is very competitive as exams will be written after every 3 months until completion.
• Upon Completion of your programme will automatically be employed and be paid N100,000 monthly and have your salary increased at 40% every 6 months as well as a Bonus of N100,000 given to you on completion of the one year.
