Job Title: ICT Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• The ICT officer will be incharge of overall technology infrastructure for the Organization including planning, implementation, and management of the software applications and hardware infrastructure that support operations to make the workplace more efficient.
• He will also be in charge of digital marketing efforts towards strengthening the organization.

Job Overview and Duties

• Propose design improvements to the Organization’s ICT architecture
• Support and contribute to IT-related tasks or projects through the implementation of appropriate technologies and solutions.
• Act as the principal administrator and ensure the maintenance of the Organization’s systems.
• Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assets against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Support and contribute to IT-related tasks or projects through the implementation of appropriate technologies and solutions.
• Act as the principal administrator and ensure the maintenance of the Organization’s systems.
• Provide user training on common business applications and use of systems.
• Develop and update IT processes and procedures, and ensure they are properly documented.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in Health sector as an ICT officer is an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical IT role.
• Good knowledge of Graphic Design & general computer repairs.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Excellent technical knowledge of and experience with a variety of technologies, including Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft and Linux server technologies, Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange, cloud-based storage systems, Windows OS, and MS Office suites.
