YD Consultancy Services Limited is the recruiting arm of a group of companies with its head office in Ikoyi, Lagos. This group of companies comprises of a law, insurance broking, security and estate firms.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
• Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
• Managing income and expenditure accounts
• Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
• Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
• Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
• Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring records are accurate and that taxes are paid
• Handle salary and remunerations across board.
• Paying absolute attention to all financial details.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
• Certifications are plus but not compulsory.
• But candidates with experience in a security firm as an accountant is an added advantage.
