Job Title: Channel Sales Lead

Locations: Lagos, Oyo and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners within assigned territory.
  • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
  • Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Educate partners about product portfolio and services offered.
  • Address partner-related issues, sales, and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage sales pipeline, and forecast monthly sales.
  • Develop a positive working relationship with partners to build the business.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.
  • Assisting with the selling of our company products to maximize sales.
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
  • Independently identify and utilize resources (including analysis of market data and trends) to develop sales plans/strategies to identify, contact and create relationships with new leads.
  • Determine appropriate strategies to develop the relationship with potential sales partners through the application process.
  • Help establish clear Franchise KPIs and ensure efforts align with and meet these KPIs.
  • Support the creation of presentations to communicate strategies to sales partners.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, BSc, OND with 2 - 13 years work experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
