Job Title: NOC Monitoring Senior Engineer
Location: Lagos
Slots: 4 Openings
Responsibilities
- Monitor alerts related Server, Network, Storage and Database using Monitoring tools.
- Ensure 100% of committed deliverables are met.
- Sending required Reports and Dashboards.
- Ensure monitoring team follows the defined policies and procedures assigned to the Management of alerts raised by infrastructure elements.
- Perform daily health checks (Network, Servers & Datacentre).
- Perform operations based on the documented procedures.
- Ensure proper tracking of the alerts/requests received until closure.
- Ensure first cut notification about major incident sent to respective stake holders on preliminary information.
- Timely Escalate the issues to the next level & Communication will be sent to all the resolver groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a similar field.
- Minimum of 6 years experience as a NOC Engineer.
- Knowledge of Windows & Network Infrastructure.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
