Responsibilities:
  • Sound Knowledge of  SAP.
  • Facility Management.
  • Office Administration.
  • Internal Communication Management.
  • Coordination of Information flow.
  • Logistics.
  • Market research activities.
  • Support of the General Manager (Travel planning, Organization of meetings and events, etc.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel) and SAP Certified.
Qualification and Experience
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or similar.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel) and SAP Certified.
  • Highly motivated to work on own initiative.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in Logistics/Distribution desired.
