Responsibilities:
- Sound Knowledge of SAP.
- Facility Management.
- Office Administration.
- Internal Communication Management.
- Coordination of Information flow.
- Logistics.
- Market research activities.
- Support of the General Manager (Travel planning, Organization of meetings and events, etc.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel) and SAP Certified.
Qualification and Experience
- Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or similar.
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
- Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel) and SAP Certified.
- Highly motivated to work on own initiative.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in Logistics/Distribution desired.
