We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pre-sales ICT Engineer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • To Provide Bids / Proposal and Procurement Support Building Engineering Services.

Responsibilities
Bid Documentation and Preparation:

  • Co-ordinate and prepare responses to pre-qualification invitations
  • Prepare quotations and proposals
  • Co-ordinate and prepare response to tender invitations
  • Responsible for Material/Services price sourcing
  • Responsible for post bid/tender evaluations
  • File all bids and tenders documents
  • Analyze RFT & RFQs to determine company’s capability, competence as well as Management’s interest.
  • Prepare Pre-calculation and approval sheet for finance department before its sent to the client

RFQ, RFQ and Registration:

  • Register all enquiries in the Bid Register with unique numbers

Sales to allocated territory:

  • Responsible for sales results for various PPC products and solutions/services for all Verticals within the Building Services Engineering
  • Maintain a healthy funnel of opportunities to be closed month on month
  • Own the forecast process including funnel maintenance of the channel in the assigned territory
  • Identify new business, channel opportunities and customer needs in the region to ensure growth

Key Result Area 1 - KPI Bid Documentation and Preparation:

  • Number of bids turnaround within time and specifications
  • Bid Conversion rate

Key Result Area 2  - KPI Vendor Management:

  • Number of new strategic relationship
  • Number of price/finance agreement signed with OEM/strategic partners

Key Result Area 1 - Sales Management:

  • 100% Achievement of financial targets
  • Sufficient knowledge of partner tools, processes and products
  • Optimal/Updated Contact Master List (Minimum 150 contacts.

Requirements

  • Minimum B.Sc in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Construction
  • MEP similar position in Engineering or Construction is an added advantage
  • Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Membership preferable.
