Job Description
Smart Partners Consulting has created a platform for young graduates/Master degree holders of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and Human Resources for Internship Program . Successful candidates will undergo hands on intensive training for a week and same will be deployed to our clients offices to handle their HR operations. Interns will be well remunerated accordingly.
Requirements
- A degree in Industrial Relations/Master degree
- 2 years HR experience will be added advantage
- Good communications skill
- Strong and convincing leadership quality
- Good with MS-Office
