We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Officer

Location: Victoria Island and Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily facility maintenance schedule and ensure that all routine, non-routine, inspection, emergency and any other type of job are accurately scheduled without any delay.
• This includes all part replacements and installations.
• Single out problematic electricity lines, highlighting the difficulties and attach recommended actions.
• Follow up on required parts to ensure prompt repairs.
• Highlight non-availability/delays in accordance.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Electrical Engineering, or Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Degree or equivalent.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in maintenance service department in facility management
• Good experience in Electricity, Electricals, Power Supply / Generators industry is a plus.

Salary
N100,000 - N130,000 Monthly.
