Job Summary
- The Head Marketer coordinates a team of Real Estate Marketers for the marketing and sales of company products and services in Ogun State and Lagos State respectively. The Job holder is responsible for achieving the sales targets of the company.
Job Description
- Lead a team of marketers in the sale of landed properties
- Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Establishing new business
- Maintaining accurate records
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Motivate team members to achieve sales targets
- Working towards monthly or annual targets.
Job Requirements
- BSc / HND in a related field
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a real estate marketer or related experience
- Experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead
- Proven track record Marketing similar products
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Driven and goal oriented.
Offer
- Monthly allowance plus Commission on sales.
