Job Title: IMS Team (Trainer)

Locations: Cross River, Edo, Ogun, Ondo and Osun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Responsible for training of group members on GAP and other related topics
• Responsible for data collection and record-keeping
• Preparing periodic reports using Ms Word and Ms Excel.
• Responsible for certification audit preparation
• Responsible for other tasks and roles as assigned by the team lead and management.

Requirements

• Minimum of a B.Sc / HND in Agriculture with an NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
• Must be physically, mentally, and medically fit.
• Experience in Agriculture and other related fields
• Experience in the cocoa sector will be an added advantage.
• Must be computer literate with basic knowledge of Ms. word and Ms Excel
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Must possess accurate and fast service delivery skills.
• Must be able to report work task progress in simple, clear and understandable terms.
• Must be willing to relocate to the upcountry.
• Must be able to work productively under pressure with little or no supervision.
• Must possess good analytical skills.
• Must be able to speak the local language
• Must be able to ride a bike.
