Job Title: General Manager (Trustee)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Working with the executive team, such as the marketing director or managing director, to set the marketing strategy for the business.
- Work as the head Marketing and Operations in the business Unit.
- Come up with strategies to boost the company and be in the competitive stand.
- Advice on investment plans and strategies and profit maximizing ideas.
- Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
- Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives and Board of Directors.
- Providing Strategic Direction and Supporting the development of policies, goals and targets.
- Scrutinizing board papers and other communications.
- Generating new business leads and champion it.
- Managing the entire staff and their targets.
- Monitoring the financial position and ensuring that it operates within its means and that there are clear lines of accountability for financial management
Requirements
- Minimum of MBA Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration or similar field.
- At least 6 years of experience as a General Manager in the Finance Sector or a Trust Company.
- Must be able to develop plans for long term financial goals.
- Must have worked as a trustee in a good company and be grounded as one.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies in the financial sector.
- Must be strong in the area of Marketing and Operations.
- Proven track record of sales and Operations.
- Must have a great client-based network.
