Job Description

• We are seeking a Blow mold Operator who will primarily be responsible for operating plastic blow molding machines and making necessary adjustments to ensure production of containers is made in a safe, efficient and high-quality manner by performing the following duties:

Responsibilities

• Operates blow molding machine(s) to produce bottles.
• Make manual adjustments to machines if bottles become out of spec.
• Keeps fixture/mold/tooling rack areas clean and organized.
• Responsible for reporting unsafe conditions to manager along with and food safety violations.
• Records data collection materials.
• Stop or reset machine when a malfunction occurs, clear machine jams and report malfunction of machine.
• Follow established safe quality foods that requirements as trained.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years experience working in a Manufacturing Environment (Plastic industries).
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions.
• Basic Math skills.
