Job Title: Fleet Managed Services Personnel - Fueling and Dispatch

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Kano, Lagos, Oyo and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintain history and records of all services, repairs & maintenance as well as drivers’ data to identify abuse & establish cost-effective vehicle use by the company.
• Be accountable for the number of drivers and vehicles available for daily operations and report such to the Supervisor Fleet Management for the region
• Dispatchers shall escalate vehicles that are not in service at an interval of 5,000km/3 months
• Generate information and provide weekly and monthly reports as necessary and agreed with the Fleet Management team for effective and efficient management of vehicles in the fleet
• Airport Pick Up and Drop off
• VIP & Protocols Management
• Schedule allocate and dispatch drivers and other service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using vehicle management application/software/excel, direct personal contact or mobile phones.
• Receive or prepare vehicle requests by email and Fleet Management Application
• Confer with customers or Fleet Managers in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment.
• Prepare daily work and run schedules while also drawing up weekly projections for work schedule and vehicle deployment in line with pending or potential job or delivery requests
• Vehicle Downtime Management: Monitor personnel and/or vehicle locations and utilization in order to coordinate service and schedules
• Transport Help Desk Management: Oversee all communications within specifically assigned locations/territories/regions.
• Staff Bus Allocation and Daily Manifest
• Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, inventory, and other dispatch information
• Monitoring of drivers in relation to both their remaining hours of service and vehicle as to its availability
• Other Ad Hoc Assignments as assigned by the Supervisor Fleet Management
• Periodical route surveillance towards making recommendations or advising changes as at when necessary to ensure sustainable quality delivery operations.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc qualification with at least 2 years of work experience.
