Requirements:
- Very outstanding leadership skills: ability to lead a team of teachers and be a good team player in leading the school
- At least 5 years experience in similar leadership position in a good school
- A good understanding of the British National Curriculum: teaching and learning, monitoring and assessment.
- Ability to train new teachers and monitor professional development at whole-school level
