Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking to hire a skilled HR administrator that will provide general HR administration which includes starter/leaver documentation, employee relations, performance management and maintenance of staff database.
- You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you will contribute to making the company a btter place to work
Responsibilities
- Support the managment of disciplinary and grievance issuies, maintain employee reecords according to policy and legal requiremnts.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process, etc.
Requirements
- B.Sc in any related discipline
- 2 years plus experience in a similar position and sector/ Proficient in writing and Documentation.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
