Job Title: Ticketing & Reservations Officer

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Liaise and consult clients to handle their travel and tour needs.
• Hand client reservation and ticketing services.
• Manage grow business relations and client portfolio.
• Ensure client is satisfied with services provided at all times.
• Follow up with client orders and inquiries.

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc in Business Administration or related field.
• 2 - 5 years work experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the geography of the world.
• GDS Certification (Amadeus and or Saber) is an added adbantage.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
• A Certificate of attendance of a relevant IATA programme will be an added advantage.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly
