Job Description
- We are seeking for a recruitment intern to join the team and assist with driver recruitment
Responsibilities
- Manage the posting of job vacancies
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates for further processing
- Actively search resumes for drivers through various channels to get sufficient candidates
- Fully execute the end-to-end recruitment process including the job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates, and recruitment leadership.
Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc from any recognized University
- At least 1 year of proven experience in recruitment as an in-house recruiter
- Preferably a male
- Must be active and hardworking
- Candidates must stay around Lekki and its environment (proximity is key).
