Job Title: Head, Human Resources & Admin

Job Description:
The Incumbent will perform a dual function of Human Resources Management and Office Administration. On the administration of human resources management, he plans, develops and implements strategy for HR management and development. On the part of office administration, he is responsible for creating policies, procedures and manuals for the smooth running of the office and to drive their implementations.

Requirements
  • First degree in humanities or business related field
  • MBA and Professional HR qualification
  • Minimum of 10 years experience n human resources management
  • At least 5 years in office administration.
  • At least 5 years managerial experience
  • Must have good understanding of labour laws and industrial relations/arbitration
