Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by one of the world leading producers of tobacco products to recruit a RTM router for its operation
Job Title: Route to Market (RTM) Router

Job Description
- Ensure the route data for sales team have been uploaded to the sales system correctly in draft mode
- Recap of new outlet data received from RCS Nielsen and merges the new outlet data into daily sales route
- Ensure customer data in the database system has been updated according to the submission of the sales team
- Support IT RTM-Project team in preparing Mobile Trader for sales rep and IT Infrastructure
- Assist the distributors Admin in activating the route for sales team
- Report route update progress to the RTM Implementation Executive and sales team on weekly/daily basis
Requirements
- A tertiary qualification
- 1-3 years in research and data gathering and market analysis
- Route to market experience
- Fluent in English Language (written and spoken)
- IT Diploma or equivalent (preferable from IT and Administration)
- Experience in computer program (Microsoft excel)
- Independent, team player, attention to detail, high motivated and discipline.
- Good analytical in detail data
