Job Title: HR Recruiter (Blue / White Collar Staffing Department)

Location: Abuja

Job Description

• We are seeking for an HR Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcingand attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
• The incumbent will be very proactive in identify future hiring needs and should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
• Our ideal person specification for this role should hold an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

Mission

• Design and implement talent acquisition strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board etc.
• Source and recruitcandidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting andselection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Requirements

• B.Sc in Business Management.
• 2+ yearsproven work experience as a Recruiter
• Hands on experience with various selection processes and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a good dress sense.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Excel and Presentation.
• Exceptional writing skills
• Social media savvy
• Female candidates will be preferred for this role for gender balance within the organization.

Expected Salary
N80,000 monthly plus commissions
