We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking for a customer-oriented service administrator that will manage the office environment and our clients.
  • The incumbent will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and, maintain high customer satisfaction.

Your Mission

  • Manage information in spreadsheets and reports
  • Keep records and reports up to date
  • Help maintain the budget plan
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure good quality resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Ensure good document filing and bookkeeping as well as other duties assigned

Requirements and Skills

  • A graduate with 2+ years proven customer support and administrative experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Must have hands-on experience in bookkepping
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent use of the Microsoft office suite
  • Social media savvy (especially Instagram and LinkedIn)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • A Female candidate will be preferred for this role for gender balance.

Expected Salary
NGN 80,000 plus.
