Job Title: Transportation Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation.
- Coordinate the mobilisation and demobilisation of project equipment and trucks to and from project sites.
- Combine journeys where possible to reduce road exposure.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Manage and oversee all drivers
- Manage all maintenance issues.
Requirements
- 5 years proven experience as a Transportation manager
- HND / B.Sc minimum degree
- Proficient in standard logistics software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
