Job Description
- Ensure smooth passenger traffic circulation within passenger areas (ticketing booth area, passenger waiting area, boarding area, etc.) .
- Queue management in processing passengers (purchase of tickets, luggage handling, waiting for boarding call) and departing from the terminal
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND / ND Degree in any field or a relevant qualification.
- Must be Computer literate, good interpersonal skill, ability to cope well under pressure, good attention to details.
