Job Title: Sales Agent Consultant

Job Description
- The ideal role holder will be responsible for the deployment of sales strategies focused on revenue generation and client retention.
- The goal is to drive market growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute pitches, proposals, and other presales and sales instruments in line with the organisation’s business development strategies.
- Responsible for Sales generation and lead conversion
- Collaborate with Company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities
- Responsible for providing target services to clients
- Build and strategically manage relationships with the organisation’s stakeholders, clients, and prospects.
- Provide general Sales support and advisory
- Provide quarterly results assessments of sales team members’ productivity.
- Develop and implement Sales & Marketing plan which will meet business goals of expanding customer base and ensure revenue growth in all company’s products and services
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Visit prospects and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote brand products and services.
Person Specification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or any relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of business development, brand selling, and digital analysis.
