Job Title: Customer Care Officer

Job Responsibilities
- First-line interaction with customers to Ensure customer queries/requests/concerns attended, documented, and reported to management
- Follow-up with the relevant department should in case there is any delay, escalate at deviations
- Responsible for shop maintenance, and allied activities to ensure Service Standards are not compromised
- Ensure Daily Operational Reports are prepared and submitted in time
- Ensure efficient operations at the shop by coordinating remedies of issues affecting operations
- Ensure Customer Service attitude is exemplified by actions and initiatives
- Motivate contribution from colleagues to ensure Customer Delight
- Adopt standards for business activities/processes and ensure adherence
- Share improvisations with management that can be replicated at all locations/processes
- Customer Focused, Result oriented, Zeal for Initiative with Speed, Leadership quality and team Handling capacity, Energetic and Assertive, Customer query resolving skills, Excel Knowledge is a MUST.
Job Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field
- 1 - 2 years as a customer care Officer in an ISP/Telecom company
- Must possess good communication skills
- Must have good interpersonal skills to enable an easy flow with customers at all times
- Should have Planning and organizing skills.
Salary
N60,000 - N65,000 / month.
