Job Title: Head of Strategy
Location: Abuja

Responsibilities
- Support the development of long-term organisational strategy.
- Identify threats and opportunities.
- Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders…
- Assess market trends and competitors.
- Present findings, projections and recommended actions.
- Plan, implement and manage proposed recommendations and projects.
- Monitor and reporting on projects.
- Support and guide senior executive decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics or other relevant subject.
- An MBA is also highly desirable.
- 5 - 7 years experience in the microfinance industry.
- Capital Market experience is also an added advantage
- Managing a team is a must.
