Job Description
- We require the services of an intelligent, well spoken secretary who can double as a graphics designer in our media organization.
Responsibilities
- graphic design, review and proofing for internal and external clients.
- Managing calls, correspondence and visitors.
- Managing and updating filing systems.
- Providing logistics during meetings and events.
- Assist in general office administration.
Requirements
- Candidates must have at least an OND and be well versed in the use of Microsoft office. Candidates will also be expected to undertake basic design work.
