Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Location: Ogun
Requirements
- B.Sc, Food Science & Technology or B.Sc Chemistry
- Not more than 35 years of age
- At least 5 years working experience in a FMCG (preferably biscuit/confectioneries) manufacturing company.
- Must have adequate knowledge of commercial and regulatory requirements, raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of biscuits, good working knowledge of HACCP, Knowledge of the chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformation that they undergo. This includes uses of chemicals and their interactions, danger signs, production techniques and disposal methods, etc.
