Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt and Warri
Job Description
- Conduct research on and analyze legal problems and issues
- Prepare and review various deeds, agreements, contracts (legal/commercial> and real estate lease agreements
- Conduct client interviews, Company Secretarial Services
- Legal drafting
- Court appearances and conduct of court cases
- Liaise with external solicitors; and
- Other legal matters
Job Qualification/Requirements
- Bachelor of Law (LLB) (Minimum of Second Class Upper Division)
- Barrister-at Law (BL)
- At least 2 years legal work experience, after NYSC, either from a reputable law firm or within the Legal Department of a reputable and structured business environment
- Ability to perform basic/general legal analysis
- Strong & effective business communication (verbal and writing skills), Computer Literate
- Ability to plan and execute complex assignments under pressure
- Demonstrated business acumen and superior judgment
