Canaan Estate and Homes, a Real Estate company located on the Lagos Island with vast experience in Real Estate Agency, Management and the development of low cost estates, seeks an ambitious entrepreneurial driven individual to partner with the firm in achieving its objectives in the position below:

Job Title: Manager (Estate Agency)

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Description

• Reporting to the CEO, his brief is to head the agency unit of the firm. He must be able to identify and prospect for real estate opportunities, marketing for them and also supervising the property development department.

Requirements
The ideal candidates must have the following qualifications, experience and characteristics:

• HND / B.Sc in Estate Management (Additional qualification is a distinct advantage) with at least 4 years’ experience
• Extensive marketing contacts and very strong flair for agency practice in Lagos State
• Proven ability to deliver and meet targets and projections
• High level of initiative, ability to withstand pressure and loves challenges
• Attractive salary with performance driven bonus and other incentives
• Very strong analytical, interpersonal, oral/written communication and computer skills
• Ability to drive and a good knowledge of Lagos routes.
