Job Title: Loan Collection Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• They are looking for hardworking, dedicated candidates with the telesales ability to fill in for the post of a loan collection officer whose responsibilities will be Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
• Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payment.
• Negotiating suitable payment plans.
• Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.

Requirements

• The minimum qualification is SSCE holders.
• 0 - 1 year of relevant work experience.

Remuneration

• The basic salary is N30,000 - N40,000 plus other incentives like HMO, Pension, etc.
