TeamAce Limited - Our client, an HR Outsourcing Firm, is looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by the company.
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, e.t.c.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar field.
• 3-5 years experience in the HR Consulting/Outsourcing space.
• Extensive sales experience.
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
• Great networking skills.
• Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 with Commission, Pool car etc.
