Job Title: Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager (Preferably Female)
Location: Lagos
Reports to: MD/CEO
Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc/B.Eng/HND in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of 7-10 years post NYSC cognate experience in Quantity Surveying & Construction projects
- Registration with NIQS will be an added advantage
- Excellent Project Planning & Project Management skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy especially MS suites i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software
- Effective time Management and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
Others:
- Demonstrates experience in project co-ordination and management
- Must be target driven and have ability to take full charge of quality control and validation
- Must be personable with good communication skill
- Excellent ability to track and deliver projects in time
