Job Title: Fuel Attendant

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Reporting to: HME Supervisor
Job Purpose
- The principal responsibility of the Stationary Fuel Attendant is fill tanks of mobile equipment / Plant on site.
Key Aims
- Dispense Fuel to Mobile Plants / Equipment.
Prime Responsibilities and Duties
- Run fuel pumps.
- Supply them a voucher for required volume of fuel to be collected for each day.
- Receive the applied fuel into the main tanks.
- Fill fuel tanks of equipment with diesel to particular levels.
- Collate sub-vouchers, take meter readings on Volume received and plant hour meter reading at the point of receiving the diesel.
- Develop the record to determine the actual volume dispensed for the day/week and month.
Other Duties:
Performs other related duties as required.
Key Internal Interfaces:
HME Supervisor/Foreman, Mobile Crane Operators/Equipment.
Requirements
- Must possess minimum of a trade test with 5 years industrial work experience.
- Trade Test Certifications from any recognized and accredited post-secondary institution.
- Must have knowledge of water distribution and waste water disposal in commercial, residential and industrial buildings
- Must possess good oral and written communication skill.
- Must always be ready to work whenever needed, even under pressure.
