Novella Africa Limited - Our client, a leading Microfinance Institution in Lagos, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Management Accountant

Responsibilities

• Keep, organize and maintain all financial records
• Prepare and analyze financial reports on a monthly basis for the Management and Board
• Monitor and control cost of the branches and Head office
• Prepare and review budget, revenue, expenses, invoice, and other accounting documents
• Monitor staff performance in terms of individual contribution to the organizations
• Determine payroll requirements and ensure all statutory deductions are promptly remitted
• Keep vouchers for all payments and ensure timely posting to the CBA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience
• Candidates should possess the necessary Accounting skills set.
